    There has to be a cut off point were it is not safe to drive let alone make clinical decisions that potentially risk the lives of our patients.

    I must assure you that it’s not being late off for a patient that really needs the service that is in contention here, I feel the ballot to boycott 111 until they put in place some kind of triage because it sure is not working at present.

    Being made late off for a 111 P1 call that enevetabally turns out it was a patient asking for some advice from a GP, is really the biggest gripe and a massive waste of resources. If this was to be rectified there would be no question that all staff would be happy to be late off.
