The results have given us really important evidence to help influence positive, meaningful changes over many long standing issues, across all directorates and areas of the Trust in 2015.
We have shared some early results with the Trust, and these are the Trust wide headline issues identified in the survey.
The top 3 issues of concern identified by staff were late finishes, individual performance management, (inc PDRs about performance rather than development), and sickness management.
These are a priority for us to address over the next month, and we’ve received support from Anthony Marsh that dedicated time will be put aside to progress these supportively with the Executive team in March.
